Eat less to lose weight
If you severely do some less eating habit, it actually will trigger the opposite effect. The body will build up fat stores to fill the empty nutrition tank. You have to eat a moderate portion 5 times a day to keep the metabolism going. To balance the consumption, you will also need similar amount of calories burning activities.

Avoiding carbohydrates

It’s okay to avoid glutten and carbs, once in a while. But don’t cut them at all in your daily life, especially if you’re an active person. Carbs are a leading source that fuels the body and if you’re not taking them enough, your system will likely suffer.

3.
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day
As long as you’re consuming enough water-rich foods like veggies and fruits, it’s not necessary to consume water 8 glasses a day. 6 glasses is the new moderate amount of consumption. Naturally, living in the tropical country with all the hotness and humidity, this makes us Indonesians to have a different drinking pattern.

Deadlifts to look bulky?
Most women would avoid deadlifting because it might make them look bulky and slightly manly. But actually, as long as it’s used in the correct method, it can create the kind of resistance to build a lean frame.
