Devarra Releases ‘Falling’: A Collaboration with Ayoni

Inspire Artistry’s very own DJ and producer, Devarra, has done it right once again.  Coming back stronger than ever, Devarra is ready to please your ears with his new single ‘Falling’ featuring a rising star AYONI.

Coming to you with his deep, futuristic and house genre, his music is heavily influenced by Carl Cox, Oliver Heldens, Tchami and Curbi. Devarra produces back-to-back official anthems for the largest EDM festival in Asia, Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP): “Alright” in 2015 and “Focus” in 2016. It’s no wonder, he landed as a  resident DJ at DWP in 2017. The Jakarta-born musician also did a collaboration with international act Mark Junior and local heroes, namely Jamie Aditya and Midnight Quickie. His gigs have charmed various crowds in Malaysia, Thailand, People’s Republic of China, South Africa and of course, our beloved country, Indonesia.

Now, the beat-maker teamed up with AYONI, a hidden gem from Barbados, to produce a bittersweet  song, ‘Falling’. The 18-year-old artist previously released her first EP called Seventeen in June 2017. Not long after, she collaborated with Erik Soto to release her first single, ‘Stay Young’. Currently, the LA-based singer-songwriter is working on her upcoming EP, Iridescent, which would be launched later this year on all music platforms.

The song tells about someone who cannot get out of a toxic relationship. The song opens with AYONI’s honeyed voice in a moderate tempo, and then slows down to a break. A blend of AYONI’s beautiful yet smoky tones and the beat from Devarra makes ‘Falling’ an exciting upbeat song.
