3 Unique Collaborations between Fashion House and Celebs

Some fashion houses love to do collaboration with celebrities. From designs to campaigns, you name it.


Campaign, fashion and music have always gone hand-in-hand, and that relationship gives us some memorable collaboration indeed. Fashion houses do have it’s own aesthetic for example, Hedi Slimane’s rock star-inspired work for Saint Laurent, Olivier Rousteing glam look for Balmain, here are some of the memorable work between singers and fashion brands:
  1. Harry Styles for Gucci

This particular member of One Direction has been on the fashion radar since ever. His choices of fashion is indeed unique, some say flamboyant also aesthetic. Because of his unique style, he got so recognized by the fashion world to host this year’s MET Gala themed Camp. This year he is also the face of Gucci Tailoring collection, Gucci’s Pre-Fall 2019 by Creative Director Alessandro Michele. The collection itself offers a fresh take on formal wear, challenging men’s suiting in which Harry appears in flamboyant, color-clashing and modern pieces.
  1. Ariana Grande for Givenchy

Welcoming Ariana Grande as the new face of Givenchy on their FW19 campaign video, Givenchy has been teasing the campaign since May in which they released a short trailer with hashtag #Arivenchy.
Ariana stated that she is so proud to be the new face of Givenchy and how much she’s been admiring the house. In the trailer, she is wearing the iconic Audrey Hepburn’s black dress from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. In the full campaign, you can see Ariana sings and dances in numerous outfit from the Fall/Winter 2019 collection.

  1. Troye Sivan for Calvin Klein

Troye Sivan in the new Calvin Klein’s #MyTruth Campaign will took you inside his journey. He is known for his remarkable ability to be candid and vulnerable. In #MyTruth there are other artist too such as Billie Eilish, Shawn Mendes and Indya Moore.
The short film is directed by director Jonas Lindstroem. There are a bunch of amazing photography and two videos in the campaign. One of the videos got him reflecting his life’s journey, as he walks around a suburban , misty neighborhood. In this video he also talk about how he have to fake that confidence and convincing himself that he deserve to be want he wanted to be.
