Are you being moody all day long? Maybe these things below are the causes of your bad day:

●Temperature
“Are you feeling under the weather?” the phrase is not actually said out of nowhere, in fact temperature does play a big role in your changing mood. A study in Yale University said that sunlight contains serotonin which is a mood-boosting to those who are exposed by it. Beside that, the extreme hot and cold temperatures can also cause you with lethargy which get you feel unmotivated during the day.

●Hair situation
Have you ever felt that nothing is doing right when you have a bad hair day? That’s because when you skip to wash your hair, it will get gunky and it will indirectly ruin your mood. Instead, having clean hair makes you feel fresh and ready, definitely will shoo away your problems.

●Food
Taking a big part for your mood swings, food is one of the big factors on your mental health stability. A study in PLoS says that those who have processed food a bigger tendency to suffer depression.

●Partner’s mood
People is part of the environment and it mirrors in someone’s mood, it’s also the reason why you need to surround yourself with positive vibes.

●Money
Whether you have some cash in your pocket or not, talking about money is the easiest way to get your mood down. An experiment in wall street explained that thinking about money can get people depressed and even evil. Well, aren’t we all bummed out when we got no bucks in the bag?
