Since the opening in October 2016, the chef-driven neighborhood restaurant by Potato Head Family, had earned a loyal following for serving up an ever-evolving menu of seasonal dishes from its Gunawarman locale. And this month, the restaurant’s culinary team presents a newly revamped Grand Menu, Attarine 3.0. Led by globally experienced, young chef Aditya Muskita, the menus are available for lunch and dinner.
This latest addition of the menu is a reflective of the season whilst showcasing some of the archipelago’s finest local ingredients. A new variety of hearty meat options alongside the vegetarian-friendly plates will savor your sense of taste.
For the starter, Attarine 3.0 has Cured Ocean Trout on Toast, a house-cured ocean trout which served with toast and beet spread, and Market Fish Ceviche, a special fish marinated in palm sugar, citrus and soy, and served with Indonesian melinjo chips. While on the main dish, Pan Roasted Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak is served with carrots and seaweed juice, Grilled Octopus which is served with bell peppers, homemade spicy sausage and sweet potato, Squid Ink Pasta with a classic tomato sauce plus squid, and the everyone’s favorite, Slow Cooked Duck Breast which is cooked with green lentils and served with warm sweet potato and pomegranate salad.
