Ed Sheeran Became a Cameo in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

Nobody recognized the singer of the song Shape of You when they watch the movie The Rise of Skywalker.
Ed is portraying a role as an alien member of the Resistance group. His name is also written in the IMDB credit as Stormtrooper. Previously, he also appeared in a Stormtrooper costume while promoting the film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and appeared alongside Hamilton’s creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. This is not the first time Ed Sheeran has become a cameo in a movie. Previously, he appeared in the seventh season of Game of Thrones series. Not only Ed Sheeran who cameo in this movie, Musician Nigel Godrich also got a role as Stormtrooper FN-2802 who appeared in the Pasaana desert scene before being shot by Lando Calrissian.
Star Wars films often feature famous figures to become cameos. In Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Daniel Craig becomes one of the First Order soldiers. Whereas in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Tom Hardy to Prince William were given a place to become a cameo.
