El Asador Presents You the Art of Parilla

The new and improved El Asador, is one of the first Argentinian-Uruguayan wood-grill restaurants that’s established in the capital city.

El Asador proudly introduces the art of Parilla (on open-fire grill) through a range of premium steaks and meat cuts as well as other local favorites.

El Asador also comes with new tempting dishes such as; Tomahawk, a large axe-shaped rib-eye steak; Pamplonas, grilles chicken breast fillers rolled with cheese, green olives, capsicum and other herbs; Matambre, think-cut flank steak stuffed with hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, herbs and other condiments and Pumpkin Salad, organic green salad with feta cheese, baby tomatoes, roast pumpkin and balsamic vinegar.
In addition to that, their new menu also includes mouth-watering dishes for the sweet-tooth such as their dessert platter consisting of baked brownies, apple crumple, and tres leches milk cake. There are also Churros, a popular Latin deep-fried dough dessert served with dulche de leche and Submarino, an Uruguayan and Argentinian version of hot chocolate.
Aside from the best of Argentinian and Uruguayan dishes and an incredible range of more than 50 wonderful wine options from around the world, their modern yet rustic restaurant featuring an open-fire Parilla grate, a bar and an open-air section is also a great place to host all kinds of gatherings, from farewells to birthday parties up to 70pax.
