Since we have summer all year long in our country, the tendency on having icy drinks are so high compared to the hot drinks, but do you have any ideas on which on is better for your health?

A study released by Philadelphia University explained the real tea between iced coffee and hot coffee which have become a debate whether which one is healthier, here are why each one of them is good for you:

Iced coffee can help spur your weight loss by providing a boost of caffeine that suppresses hunger and boosts metabolism.
The point here is each type of coffee has its own color and benefits that you can gain from, thus it’s on you to pick which one suits you the best regardless of the temperature.
