Rock Paper Scissors, another restaurant to add to your foodie bucket list–definitely a spot to catch a new vibe for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner time.
Firstly launched in 2017, Rock Paper Scissors is a Yoshoku restaurant with a modern Japanese vibe as the main theme. Rock Paper Scissors offers their customers with their three types of meals under the name of Rock for their breakfast set, Paper for the lunch one, and Scissors for the dinner menu. They may look like another cool restaurant you’ve visited, but Rock Paper Scissor is anything but!
Offering a wide variety of mouth-watering choices for all three meals for the day, Letter F must suggest you with their Paper menu one aka the lunch set. Also, that’s where we found their signature dish, the Striploin & Truffle Don with the extra pan fried Foie Gras. We couldn’t really explain how good the beef did to us because you really need to try the creation of Chef Cla Lisca yourself.
As we talked a bit with the Chef ourselves, we figured which ones are the Chef pick, and she recommended Keema Curry and Miso Cured Salmon. The dry curry with extra secret spices would definitely be a favorite for those who dig spicy dishes which most of us are. And, for the Miso Cured Salmon, she did the curing technique for three days, necessarily to get the perfect dry salmon texture. Undoubtedly the main reason why it’s the next dish you need to try at Rock Paper Scissors.
We certainly had a pleasant visit at the Rock Paper Scissors, obviously for the heaven-made-dishes, the friendly services, and the beautiful decoration. You can have the same experience by visiting the restaurant at the East, Ground Floor, Jl. Lingkar Mega Kuningan, Kuningan, Jakarta from 11.30 am to 21.30 pm.
