The Canadian rapper is now a new owner of a converted Boeing 767 and shared the unveiling of the aircraft on his Instagram.
The video shows his aircraft was being decorated with “Air Drake” livery. The video also displays his OVO (October’s Very Own) Sound logo on its exterior and a golden-walled interior with plush leather chairs and couches and a bar.
Drake wrote in the caption to the video as “Nothing was the same for real….” During the unveiling video, Drake hints that he’s the full owner of the new bird saying, “No rental, no timeshare, no co-owners.” He makes it clear that the plane is his and seems surprised at the reality of the whole situation himself. At one point, he also points at CargoJet’s CEO Ajay Virmani and credits him for making it happen.
Yes, CargoJet didn’t mess around when they made the deal with Drake as his new plane is a 767 that comes complete with two bedrooms as like the news outlet reported. To surprise you with Drake’s wealth more, these types of planes is said to be priced of $75 to $100 million.
