In 2009 Potato Head Jakarta was opened in Pacific Place mall and up till now the restaurant is still considered as one of fine dining in town. Precisely in 27 February 2018, the culinary team of the restaurant had completely overhauled the menu and added two new starter option; a seafood soup, four handmade pasta choices, three top-grade beef dishes, and an Indonesian-inspired dessert.
Potato Head is also introducing a blackboard menu of daily specials, showcasing the season’s ripest ingredients, fresh catch of the day, festive platters and more. As any other Potato Head Family joint restaurants, the food and beverage offering is supported by thoughtfully curated music, art and fashion, to innovative designs – as a signature of the Potato Head brand.
And the new Grand Menu includes:
Tuna Nicoise; a sashimi grade tuna, bell pepper, baby potatoes, quail eggs, sesame, and lemon orange dressing.
Homemade Black Ink Angel Hair; crab meat, calamari, fennel bulb, and butter sauce.
Pan Fried Snapper: sautéed seasonal vegetables, lemongrass, and sambal matah.
210g Beef Tenderloin YGS; Australian tenderloin young and steer, roasted baby vegetables, mashed potatoes, choice of mushroom, BBQ, or Café de Paris sauces.
Fried Banana with Coconut Nectar; Pontianak-style fried banana, grated cheese, and coconut nectar sauce.
