Rendy Pandugo’s First Concert, Journey of Ice by ICEFEST

The Heaven singer, Rendy Pandugo has recently done his first ever concert, Journey of Ice by ICEFEST on December 23.
Held at the Hall 5, Indonesia Convention Center, BSD, Tangerang, Journey of Ice marked Rendy Pandugo’s journey as his first ever solo concert.
Performing Bad Company and Won’t Let Me Down as the opening songs, Rendy also sang two cover songs by Sheila On 7, Hampir Semua and Kisah Klasik. The show commenced by acoustic performance by Rendy and his two guitarists Devinza Kendranata and Topan Abimanyu.
The show then followed by bringing back Rendy’s songs from The Journey album, such as Float in The Sky and Don’t Call Me Baby. The 34-year-old Indonesian John Meyer then invited his old friend, Ardhito Pramono to join him on the stage as the special guest of the night. Together, the two sang the duet version of 7 Days and Cigarettes of Ours. Ardhito got to greet the fans with his songs, Superstar and Bitterlove.
Before the concert ends, Rendy shared some stories behind his songs and introduced the members of the band. To the crowd, he mentioned that he brought the complete team to the stage just for the night and to them he expressed his gratitude. For this special night in his career, Rendy admitted that he changed some of the music arrangement, adding some tunes that he wished was there in the album.Needless to say, all the 15 songs that he sang for his solo concert are all special made for the fans who complemented Journey of Ice tonight. Thus, the concert ended with Silver Rain.
The Journey of Ice by ICEFEST takes the human journey as the main theme for the four concerts that are held to complement ICEFEST. The concerts began with Rendy Pandugo feat Ardhito Pramono on December 23, followed by Kla Project with Legend Never End as their concert’s title on December 26, Vina Panduwinata and her friends on December 27 with Maturity Beyond Diversity, and will be closed by Glenn Fredly with Loving Your Life on December 29.
