The annual and most awaited fashion show by the infamous lingerie brand—Victoria’s Secret is considering to not returning to Network TV.
Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has debuted many A-list models to the world, and always been known for their picturesque and breathtaking fashion show. Catching millions of views from around the globe every year for their show, Lex Warner, The CEO of L Brands claims that fashion is a business of change, they need to keep on evolving and changing to grow better, hence there’s a chance to take the show back to the traditional way.
Been airing on the Network TV to reach more audiences, Warner believes that they need to focus on developing the content that is enchanting and dynamic through wider platform. Thus, He wanted to push the limits of fashion in the digital era. One of the many reasons of this lay on the delay of the airing time, as the actual shows runs a month earlier than the official airing on the small screen, therefore the fans already got so many sneak peeks before actually watching the show.
Although the exact decision is still unclear, let’s hope that the VSFS’s teams will come out with the best conclusion for the show and the fans.
