Wilshire’s Free Flow Wine

Wilshire’s wine and liquor menu is one of the most extensive in Jakarta. Wine is a predominant part of all cultures in Los Angeles, along with other premium liquors such as single malt whiskies and exotic vodkas. Wilshire aims to introduce to the local culinary scene.

Paired with their vibrant and modern interior design, they aim to promote the “Wilshire experience” in Jakarta. Wilshire represents an amalgamation of cultures in Los Angeles. It is a long road, which stretches from Downtown Los Angeles to Beverly Hills. Their Executive Chef, Dolly Chia, uses her vast experiences abroad to create the restaurant’s menu. After graduating from University of Southern California, Dolly pursued her passion and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu, a prestigious culinary institution in Los Angeles.
